Post-graduate degree in: Computer science, Digital Marketing or e-commerce, Marketing or Business
5 / 8 years of experience in a similar position, profound Digital Marketing knowledge
Solid knowledge of MS Office
Good knowledge of Social Media tools
Experience in luxury industry would be a big plus
Skilled in People management
Fluent in French and English
Purpose:
Reporting to the Marketing & Communication Director, the Head of DIGITAL is responsible to develop and execute the Digital and e-Commerce Strategy of the Brand and to supervise the creation and the implementation of the Digital content on different channels to optimize the customer experience.
Responsibilities:
The Head of Digital is responsible to the following topics:

Strategy
• Develop digital multichannel strategies (ensuring the coherence among the different channels) to increase the visibility of the Brand across digitals actions
• Build and deliver full strategic digital marketing plan, inclusive of campaigns, seasonal collection events, Email marketing, etc.
• Lead the development, build and execution of the digital strategy while keeping stakeholders engaged and managing relevant relationships carefully.
• Provide guidance on how to integrate digital opportunities into the communication strategy.
• Analytics follow up: measure, assessment and action plan regarding monthly KPI’s.

E-Commerce
• Lead, develop and manage e-Commerce initiatives of the Brand to offer qualitative service-level, compelling shopping experience
• Manage and support International e-boutiques across countries.

Communication
• Define the editorial content with the PR & Media team and implement the content through different Digital channels
• Focus on the continuous Improvement of the website to maximise customer experience and conversion
• Lead and challenge agencies (Briefs, KPIs, Budget)

Social Media:
• Define positioning, segmentation and animation strategies for our social media platforms
• Develop and maintain the social media content calendar
• Develop KPIs & Analytics reporting

CRM
• Define the CRM strategy for the Brand
• Manage and implement all CRM components (tools, guidelines)
• Define customer’s segmentation in collaboration with the Sales Team and develop channel targets
• Organise CRM communication campaigns
